- 150g rice and peas mix 
- 75g black beans 
- 50g sautéed peppers & onions 
- 25g jerk sauce 
- 1g coriander 
- 15g pickled pink onions 
- 10g cherry tomatoes 
- 3g spring onions 
Method:
- Fry Strong Roots The Pumpkin & Spinach Burger at 175 degrees for 5 minutes until golden brown 
- Reheat rice and peas, black beans and sauté peppers and onions separately until piping hot 
- Slice pumpkin burger and plate
