Ingredients:

  • 1 x Strong Roots The Bean & Beet Burger

  • 2 tbsp beetroot & orange vegan slaw

  • Crunchy carrot & caraway salad

  • 2 gem lettuce leaves

  • 1 vegan friendly toasted brioche

  • 5 vegan onion rings

  • McCain Skin-on Thin Cut Fries

Method:

  1. Fry Strong Roots The Bean & Beet Burger for 5 minutes at 175 degrees from frozen

  2. For the beetroot & orange slaw - shred beets with thinly sliced red onion, orange zest and a little juice, and mix with vegan mayo

  3. Slice raw carrots with a peeler to make ribbons, toss with orange zest and segments, caraway seeds, orange juice, salt and sugar and allow to soften slightly

  4. Wash and cut gem lettuce

  5. Toast and slice brioche bun

  6. Build the burger by layering slaw, gem lettuce, Strong Roots Bean & Beet Burger and topping with carrot & carraway salad and bun

  7. Serve with beer battered onion rings and McCain Skin-on Thin Cut Fries
